Dates to put on your calendar!!!
- June 26th – Captains kick-arounds. Captains will be organizing and running these informal kick-arounds. It is a GREAT way for new players to meet some returning players and have some familiar faces as they start high school at Sammamish. Check the Instagram link for all the information: shsgirlssoc
- August 21st – Try-outs start. Try-outs will start BEFORE school starts. Please plan your vacations accordingly. We will not take ANY players after try-outs!!! Plan from 10:00 – 12:30 (time to be confirmed) on 8/21, 8/22 and 8/23.
To do before tyrouts:
- Register for Girls Soccer on Final Forms: https://bsd405.org/sammamish/redhawks/athletics/
- Physical Exam: this needs to be completed with your physician prior to the season start. The completed form will need to be uploaded to Final Forms. (Complete every two years).
- Impact Concussion Testing: Offered on site at Sammamish, several time slots will be available. Watch for emails from the Athletics Department pertaining to testing times. This is free and is required to play.
- Fees: (fee’s do not need to be paid until teams are finalized) Transportation Fees (busing to and from off-site games) can create financial burdens for some families. Contact the Athletic Director to inquire about available financial assistance.
- Kick-arounds: See Above (Instagram link for all the information: shsgirlssoc)
- Try-outs: First day, Monday August 21st. Tryout’s will last 3 days, (M, Tue, Wed) 10:00 – 12:30 (Time to be confirmed). Duration: 2 – 2.5 hours.

SUPPORT OUR BOOSTERS TODAY!
Boosters pay for sweatshirts and new backpacks for both teams, and new jackets for the Varsity team. Backpacks and jackets (combined $4,000) were donated from Boosters to the Sammamish Athletic Department. Girls get to keep the sweatshirts. Donate any amount to help support the Redhawks Soccer Program. Donations are tax deductible via the Redhawks organization. Also leverage employer matching programs to Sammamish Redhawks Enrichment Program Supporters and note donations intended for Redhawks Soccer!
