 Grad Night Party

If you bought a ticket, here are the details...
Time

9:45- PM on June 16 – 5:30 AM on June 17.
  • Check in for the party is at 9:45 PM at Sammamish High School. Buses are on a strict schedule, so if you are late, you may miss the bus. We cannot delay the buses for anyone.
  • Buses will return by 5:30 AM at Sammamish High School
Parents, please drop off and pick up your senior so that they are not driving home after being up all night. It is a safety issue; they will be exhausted. If you can’t, perhaps arrange a carpool with another family.
Where
Transportation by charter bus to secret locations
What to wear
Something that you will be comfortable being active in. We will not be outside, so no need for a jacket.
What to bring
Do not bring anything.  (Unless arrangements have been made for medical reasons.) We will have menstrual supplies available.
  • Please don’t bring cell phones, wallets, purses, keys, backpacks, etc.  We will check them in, which will slow down the check in line, and you will not have access to them all night.  At check in, seniors will have to empty their pockets.
  • But don’t worry, we will have a roaming photographer all night to capture pictures.  We will upload the photos to https://www.flickr.com/groups/shsgradnight/ within 72 hours so you can download them.
Food and Drink
There will be food and beverages provided during the party.
Parents
If there is an emergency and you need to communicate with your senior at the party, please call or text Elaine Ansell at 425 419-9631.  Please only use this number if it is a true emergency.
COVID19
In keeping with school district policy, neither proof of vaccination nor masks are required to attend the Grad Night Party. Your senior might want to wear a mask on the buses as that will be a more enclosed space. Please keep in mind your fellow graduates and consider taking extra precautions for the week before prom, graduation, and the party.

If you have any questions, please contact Sharon Stedman, sharonstedman@hotmail.com
